Rangers fans here in the Tavern will be desperate to bring a number of players to Ibrox during the summer transfer window, as they’ll be looking to challenge for the title next season.
The Bluenoses will be looking to assert their dominance on the Scottish Premiership next season as Steven Gerrard will want his side to hit the ground running. Although, before he starts looking at potential summer signings, the club may want to reward a couple of players for their efforts this season as a new contract may be on the cards.
Ryan Hardie, who is currently valued at £135k (by Transfermarkt), has been on loan at Livingston since January. But, there’s no doubt that he could play a part in Rangers’ Scottish Premiership campaign next time out, as he has impressed during his time at the Almondvale Stadium.
With that in mind, it’s time Rangers rewarded Ryan Hardie with a new deal…
The 21-year-old managed to score nine goals and provided two assists for his teammates during the second half of the season.
And, with Jason Cummings’ future still surrounded with doubt and Kenny Miller coming towards the end of his career, perhaps the Bluenoses should look to give Ryan Hardie a chance next season.
Of course, having seen the likes of Ross McCrorie and David Bates enjoy their breakthrough seasons, there’s no reason as to why Hardie can’t follow on in their footsteps to establish himself as a first-team regular in the near future.
