Rangers completed the signing of Jermain Defoe from AFC Bournemouth on an 18-month loan agreement at the weekend.
And it appears the 36-year-old is already being put through his paces with the Light Blues in Tenerife.

The England international shared a picture of himself with the number nine shirt and looking rather happy with it.
Rangers will want to see the prolific forward at his best during his time at Ibrox as they look to compete with Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
Defoe will want to do better than the previous number nine did, with Umar Sadiq having failed to live up to the hype it can bring.
Although there have been some questionable shirt numbers in the past, the number nine is usually held for a player who will look to play an important role for the club.
The 36-year-old could have a huge impact during his time at Rangers and could be the difference in helping Steven Gerrard’s side to finally end the dominance of their Scottish Premiership rivals.
