One of Celtic’s main men is rumoured to be in talks about a move away from Parkhead this summer.
The midfielder has become one of Brendan Rodgers’ key men for the Bhoys and has been a consistent performer that has continued to develop under him since arriving last summer.
The 22-year-old has thought to have attracted plenty of interest recently with the performances he has managed to produce for the Hoops, and the Scottish Premiership champions will be keen to keep hold of their £2.7 million-rated man (via Transfermarkt).
The club do not need to sell the player, however, the report from France also adds that should they fail to get past AEK Athens in their Champions League qualifier, the Portuguese outfit will have an added hope that they can get a deal done for him.
Ntcham has been a key member of the Celtic squad over the past season and has continued to produce impressive performances for his club at the beginning of this campaign.
Celtic will be under no financial pressure to accept an offer, especially considering there is no release clause in his current deal.
However, should they fail to progress past their Greek opponents in the Champions League, the 22-year-old may turn around and consider the possibility of playing regular European football with Porto.
