Rangers will be preparing for their second qualifying round tie with Osijek in the Europa League as they look to advance to the next stage of the competition.
The Light Blues have already seen off the challenge of FK Shkupi to reach this stage of the tournament and Steven Gerrard will be hoping that his side will be able to rise against the challenge of the Croatians.
The former Liverpool star has had a fast start to life as the new manager at Ibrox, having made a number of additions to his squad as he looks to bring the glory days back to the blue side of Glasgow.
However, it is understood that Gerrard is still in the market for a couple more recruits, with a central defender thought to be a priority, despite the arrivals of Nikola Katic and Connor Goldson.
The Scottish Sun are claiming that the Light Blues are eyeing a move for Manchester City youngster Kean Bryan, with the 21-year-old impressing the new manager after his loan spell with Oldham.
The youngster would be another piece of smart business for Rangers this summer as they continue the overhaul of their squad.
Bryan has one year left to run on his contract with the Premier League champions and is thought to be available.
With their pursuits of Jake Cooper and Curtis Tilt not advancing, the 21-year-old could be an excellent addition that would come at a considerably cheaper price.
