All good things must come to an end, even in football, and for Rangers fans, that conclusion was Joe Worrall’s loan-spell.
I’d like to say a massive thank you to @RangersFC for letting me play for your great club this season. From the fans, staff/players and the city of Glasgow, it has been a fantastic experience and the club has a special place in my heart #WeAreThePeople pic.twitter.com/UJMWJJZeak

The Nottingham Forest defender played over 30 times for Glaswegian side this season and quickly established himself as a fan favourite in his 10 months in Scotland, and with the end of the campaign comes the goodbye message to fans.
After such an impressive season under Steven Gerrard, it is seemingly unlikely that Martin O’Neill will be looking to loan out the defender again this summer and instead use him in his plans with Forest for next season as the Nottingham-based club look for their first play-off finish in eight years.
Here’s how Rangers fans reacted to Worrall’s leaving message on Twitter…
