Rangers fans on Twitter have been gushing over Ovie Ejaria on his birthday

Since he joined the club on-loan over the summer, Ovie Ejaria has gone on to establish himself as a star midfielder at Ibrox. The on-loan Liverpool man has provided legs for Rangers’ midfield and has even scored a couple of goals for his new club, including an absolute beaut against FC Ufa in Europa League qualifying.
Happy Birthday Ovie Ejaria

It’s clear that Steven Gerrard rates Ejaria very highly. The 21-year-old has already racked up an impressive 24 appearances for The Gers in just a few months since joining on loan and alongside the likes of Scott Arfield and Lassana Coulibaly he’s had a massive impact in improving the midfield at Ibrox. The next step for Ejaria will be to add more goals to his game, especially if they all come like his FC Ufa strike.
That goal away in Russia is easily Ejaria’s best moment in a Rangers’ shirt to date and he won the club’s goal of the month award for it. Putting his goal in the competition aside, the Liverpool man has been key to Gerrard’s side’s form in the Europa league, featuring 11 times in the qualifiers and the groups so far as the Bluenoses’ sit 3rd in their group but just one point off of both Villarreal and Spartak who are 1st and 2nd.

The Gers are all loving having Ejaria on-board and will hope he can continue impressing as the club aim to advance in the Europa League and carry on challenging domestically.
