Rangers slumped to a 4-3 loss away at Spartak Moskva last night. The ‘Gers took the lead on three occasions and found themselves 3-2 up within 41 minutes. However, on the 58th minute, Spartak equalised and then a minute later made it 4-3. The game finished that way. Rangers now sit tied with Spartak on points in Group G, it’s just the latter have a superior goal difference so they find themselves in second, with Rangers in third. Steven Gerrard was evidently unhappy with his sides defending after the loss, as in his post-match conference, he said: “Under 12’s, under 13’s normally can clear the ball with either foot.” Rangers fans have had a lot to say on Gerrard’s choice of words on Twitter.

With that being said, let’s see what they had to say.
Many fans weren’t impressed with Gerrard blaming his players.
After every defeat he says he'll take the blame and then goes on to blame the players….

I'll take the responsibility then blames his players.

'I can't be too critical' then says Goldson played worse than a child. What a guy. Marvellous.

“Can’t be too critical”. Then says an under 12 or 13 could’ve cleared it

Another fan had the opposite view, backing Gerrard’s actions.
I'm sick to death of people saying a manager has lost the changing room.ffs if professional footballers or sportsman can't take stick when they have poor game etc they should nt be in the game.Nowadays footballers are pampered too much
