Rangers are still looking to bring in a couple more additions before the end of the summer transfer window, however, one man is proving rather difficult to get.
Steven Gerrard witnessed his side pick up their sixth win in nine games under his reign with a 2-0 victory against St. Mirren in the Scottish Premiership at the weekend.
Goals from Alfredo Morelos and Connor Goldson were enough, however, the Light Blues once again finished the game with ten men when Ross McCrorie was shown a straight red card in the first half.
Despite the impressive start to life Gerrard has had at Ibrox, it appears that he is still trying to add another striker to his ranks this summer, with Kyle Lafferty being one man consistently linked with a switch.
However, according to Bruce Archer, Rangers have had a bid rejected by Heart of Midlothian once again for their Northern Ireland international.

It is understood that the Light Blues had offered Lee Wallace and cash for Lafferty, however, the Tynecastle Park outfit are desperate to keep their man.
Rangers are continuing their search to bring another forward to Ibrox and see the former Ger as an ideal option.
Gerrard currently only has Morelos and Umar Sadiq as his recognised strikers, however, with Heart’s constant refusal, the Light Blues may be better off looking elsewhere.
However, with just under three weeks of the transfer window still open and things in football happening very quickly, Lafferty could still become a Rangers player before the end of August.
