Rangers will look to take the momentum from their Europa League win in midweek into their game against Heart of Midlothian on Sunday.
The Light Blues managed to seal an impressive 3-1 win over Austrian outfit Rapid Wien on Thursday at Ibrox and Steven Gerrard will want the fans to create the same atmosphere when they return in the Scottish Premiership.
Rangers have slipped up recently in the league, with a defeat to Livingston in their last fixture and will want to show a better account of themselves when they meet the current runaway leaders.
Ryan Jack is expected to team up with the squad on Sunday following his recovery from a calf injury he picked up whilst on international duty with Scotland last month.
Lee Wallace remains out for another week or so, whilst Jamie Murphy continues to be Gerrard’s only long-term absentee.
Ibrox was bouncing on Thursday night and Rangers would be confident of getting a result on Sunday if the atmosphere was replicated.
The Gers have been disappointing in the Scottish Premiership so far, having picked up just 11 points from their opening seven games.
Jack’s return will be a timely boost for Gerrard, whilst he will be pleased he has no other concerns ahead of the tough test Hearts will no doubt pose.
