Rangers have been unstoppable so far this season as they continue to rival Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title, with the first Old Firm clash coming up tomorrow.
The Bluenoses have been completely redefined under Steven Gerrard with a Europa League group stage spot secured and a promising start to their Scottish Premiership campaign being achieved. Although, Rangers did offload one of their youngster recently, as according to Falkirk’s official website, Zak Rudden has signed on a six-month loan.
Zak Rudden has joined Falkirk FC on a six-month loan from Rangers.
Indeed, the youngster has appeared for Steven Gerrard’s side during pre-season and scored in a 6-0 win over Bury FC in a friendly.
And, the forward has been called up to the Scotland Under 19 squad for next week’s international friendlies against Poland.
The forward is a very bright prospect and will have a huge part to play in Rangers’ future, so a loan move away will benefit the youngster as he looks to get regular minutes under his belt.
Indeed, Steven Gerrard always takes pride in the youngsters at the club and has already given Glenn Middleton a chance in the first team this season, so Rudden’s breakthrough may not be too far away if he enjoys a successful loan spell at Scottish Championship side Falkirk.
