Gerrard must sign Camacho and Solanke in January

Rangers currently find themselves in a promising position in the race for the Scottish Premiership title, with the January transfer window possibly helping their cause.

The Bluenoses won’t want to slip-up at this point in their campaign, having come so far under Steven Gerrard during his first season in charge.

So, with the January transfer window almost here, Gerrard should be looking at possible additions.

Interestingly, the Liverpool legend has extremely close ties with the Reds having agreed a unique transfer deal with the Premier League giants, so he should look to raid them once against after signing Ryan Kent and Ovie Ejaria on loan in the summer and Jon Flanagan as a free agent.

Therefore, Gerrard simply has to raid Liverpool for this talented PAIR in January…

The 18-year-old is a winger by trade, but he showed his versatility during pre-season as Klopp used him as a right wing-back at times. And, the Portuguese starlet has been on absolute fire in the Liverpool youth ranks this season, having produced five goals and seven assists in just 13 appearances.

So, with Gerrard struggling for contributions at times in the final third, he should look at bringing Camacho to Ibrox in the January transfer window, having witnessed Ryan Kent’s improvements this season.

Dominic Solanke has been a spectator at Liverpool in the current campaign, having failed to secure any minutes in the first-team ranks so far this season. But, he has been impressive on the international stage with the England Under-21 side, as he has managed to bag four goals in his last two games.

The forward is thought to be Gerrard’s primary transfer target in January, but a number of other clubs have registered an interest in securing his services, so the Bluenoses may find it difficult.

Alfredo Morelos has been the Bluenoses main source of goals once again in the current campaign, so bringing Solanke to Ibrox would be sure to lighten the load on the South American’s shoulders.
