Rangers may not be able to give deadline day signing Florian Kamberi his debut tonight but ‘Gers fan @Cjnovo992 on Twitter offered a tongue-in-cheek suggestion as to how the 24-year-old can get involved at Ibrox.
The Switzerland-born striker is ineligible to feature in the match against parent club Hibernian, whom he left for the Light Blues on loan for the remainder of the season last Friday, so @Cjnovo992 jokingly proposed that he could instead conduct the half-time draw at tonight’s game.
Really hope we send out Kamberi to do the half time draw tomorrow Vs Hibs

Kamberi had scored eight goals in 28 matches for the Edinburgh-based club this season before his loan move to Rangers and he lined out against Steven Gerrard’s side when the teams last met one another just before Christmas. He described his loan switch to Ibrox as his dream move ever since coming to Scotland (as per @RangersFC), a comment which saw him being admonished by BBC Radio Scotland pundit Michael Stewart and Hibernian manager Jack Ross.
These Rangers fans on Twitter enjoyed the humorous half-time draw suggestion from @Cjnovo992 – here’s a flavour of the reaction:
