Glasgow Rangers: Fans react to video of 2011 victory against Kilmarnock

Glasgow Rangers’ last major trophy was in 2011 when they won the Scottish Premiership.
The title race went into the final day of the 2010/11 season, with the ‘Gers one point ahead of their fierce Glasgow rivals Celtic. The Ibrox outfit had to travel to Kilmarnock as they looked to retain the trophy. It could well have been a nail-biting finish to the campaign but the game was effectively over within 10 minutes as the ‘Gers raced into a 3-0 lead, giving Walter Smith the perfect send off.

With a lack of live football to enjoy for supporters at the moment, the club’s official Twitter account shared a video of all five goals in the 5-1 victory and it is fair to say that many Light Blues fans absolutely loved the clip – one even called it “beautiful”.
