Rangers will be desperate to get back to winning ways after tasting defeat against bitter rivals Celtic in the Old Firm clash prior to the international break.
The Bluenoses would have hoped for a better start to proceedings under Steven Gerrard, but there’s no doubt that the signs have been bright at times.
However, the Glasgow side will welcome Dundee to Ibrox in their next Scottish Premiership encounter, with the chance to gain some confidence. The Dee find themselves at the foot at the table with zero points to their name, so Rangers should be in pole position to secure all three points.

The young central defender joined on a season-long loan from English Championship side Nottingham Forest during the summer transfer window, so he will be looking to get regular minutes under his belt.
Indeed, the 21-year-old was one of the hottest prospects in English football when he first broke into the first team at the City Ground, but things have changed as he has now had to seek a move away.
But, after witnessing the Bluenoses’ shaky defensive display against Celtic last time out, Connor Goldson should be replaced at the heart of the defence.
The Portuguese winger hasn’t been able to enjoy regular minutes in the current campaign due to the number of signings that were made during the summer transfer window.
However, the 30-year-old did look impressive after being brought on against Celtic last time out, with Ryan Kent offering very little out wide for the Bluenoses.
Therefore, Gerrard should put his trust in the experienced winger as just rewards for his patience and efforts.
