Our Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern can’t wait to see what happens this season under Pedro Caixinha.
The fans of the Ibrox side had to just sit and get through last season as it quickly became apparent that only Celtic were going to win the division.
Certainly, that hurt many Rangers fans as they watched Brendan Rodgers’ men waltz to the crown but under Caixinha there is renewed hope that they can take the fight to the Bhoys.
Certainly, the Portuguese manager has been quick to bring in players in a bid to reshape his squad and the muscle flexing from him is continuing with The Scottish Sun saying that Andy Halliday is to be told to train with the U20 side.
Indeed, it appears that Halliday has no immediate future at Ibrox and has been told he can leave with a loan deal looking likely but in the meantime he’s not even going to get to train with the first team.
