Rangers: Fans react to emergence of stat

Alfredo Morelos is currently bearing the responsibility of scoring Rangers’ goals.
This term, he has managed 29 in all competitions – only one other player has managed at least 10, which is not an awful lot considering they have already played 53 times in all competitions so far this term. Their goal tally is currently at 64 strikes in 29 league matches – Celtic, at the top, have managed 25 more in one more game.
It wasn’t always like that though. During the 2002/03 season, it was Ronald de Boer who led the scoring charts with 20. However, he wasn’t the only one to hit double figures – there were four others who managed that as well, with Barry Ferguson, Shota Arveladze, Michael Mols and Claudio Caniggia all bagging 10 or more.
Is Ronald de Boer a Rangers legend?
Yes

No

These stats were shared on Twitter page Rangers StatZone, and it has led to the supporters of the Ibrox outfit reacting in their droves – many have compared it to how their current squad has lacked a spread of goals. They have taken to the social media platform to share their thoughts, and you can see some of the best comments below.
We need to get back to this amount of double figure goals accross the team. Till we do its going to be an uphill battle. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 https://t.co/m5Mc5LiX5h
