While the Rangers fans in the Transfer Tavern are locked in debate as to who should take over from Pedro Caixinha, all this managerial talk has proven rather tiresome for some of our local Light Blues.
The club, seemingly, can’t come to a decision right now and our resident Gers are eager to try and discuss different topics to take their collective mind off what appointment the board might make, having seen them mess everything up before.
With that in mind, confirmation from Storm Sports X on Instagram that the agency had reached an agreement with Gers star James Tavernier have proven really rather interesting. The 26-year-old defender has joined up with the agency, who represent a raft of stars in the Scottish game, leading to our Rangers fans praying the marauding full-back isn’t searching for a move.
According to the Scottish Sun, the likes of Graham Dorrans, Johnny Hayes, Anthony Stoke and Efe Ambrose are all on their books and, with many of them moving clubs recently, there’s a real hope amongst our local Light Blues that the former Newcastle United youngster isn’t the next man to ask for a switch.
