RockSport Radio presenter, Bill Young has commented on Rangers communicating with Liverpool about loan forward, Sheyi Ojo’s future. According to Football Insider, discussions have been held over a potential permanent deal.
Rangers supposedly talking to Liverpool about Ojo’s long term m future. Mmmmm not sure.

Ojo has enjoyed a decent start to his Rangers career on paper although, as a young attacker, suffers from the inconsistency that has seen him shipped out on loan to get regular playing time.
His season couldn’t be better explained than by his two group stage Europa League performances this season. A match-winning performance against Feyenoord followed by an inconsistent and mistake-filled game against Young Boys where he was rated at just 4.45/10 on the BBC Sport website.
As a result, these Rangers fans took to Twitter in reaction to Bill’s comments and whether or not they feel the permanent signing of Ojo would be a good move.
I think with Ojo we have went for a game changer and someone who will have good numbers over a Candieas type who I loved btw but was lacking an end product at times. In saying that though I would look to get Ojo for a couple of million which I dont think would be enough.

Everyone seems to know better than our manager. Nobody has mentioned his stats as they don’t fit the rhetoric. All young players make mistakes.

You better be kidding😂he’s contributed to 9 goals already, scoring 5 and Kent only scored 6 last season👀he may have a few bad performances but there’s no way you can say that about him😂

I agree with you Bill he has scored a few decent goals but not been consistent enough and games can pass him by at times. He is better than ejaria was but I would be waiting still the end of the season before thinking about a permanent deal

Most fans in favour of the move back up their opinions with Ojo’s numbers and comparing him to Kent or Daniel Candeais, some however are not interested in his figures and can’t see past his perceived lack of work-rate.
Still too many chances come to him in the box which he tries to offload to someone else. Has scored some lovely goals but still to be convinced. Def does hide away though if things are tough.

Needs to get his finger out, it’s like playing with a man down at times would rather we didn’t sign him.
