When looking at this season objectively, it’s probably been a very good season at Ibrox, though the ardent Rangers fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern need little reminding just how far they are behind bitter rivals Celtic.

Former club St. Johnstone are reportedly keen on luring the 26-year-old back to Perth following Rangers’ loan signing of Bournemouth wide man Emerson Hyndman. The former is a popular player at Ibrox no doubt, though the idea of allowing him to leave on loan to free up further funds is reportedly under consideration.
