While a draw with Spartak Moscow isn’t a bad result per say, the glorious manner in which Rangers’ Europa League campaign has gone under Steven Gerrard’s management makes the fact they didn’t pick up any home points slightly disappointing.

Clearly, that shows how far the Light Blues have come under the former England captain’s watch. However, as slightly frustrating as last night’s result was, the performance of one of Rangers’ most experienced players took that very feeling to a new level.

Club captain James Tavernier invoked the ire of the Ibrox faithful with a rather pitiful performance on the right-hand side of defence. Berated by the Rangers faithful, here’s a look at some of the reaction.
