Many Rangers fans have expressed their delight on Twitter to the news that Jordan Jones has returned to training.
The winger has been out since September after injuring himself at the Old Firm match, but now he is on his way back to recovery from the injury as he starts training to get back to match fitness.
The last game in which he featured wasn’t a happy one for him.
After Steven Gerrard brought the 25-year-old on, he wasn’t able to impact the match as Celtic came out victorious 2-0. Furthermore, after being substituted on in the match he was sent off for a challenge on the Hoops’ Mortiz Bauer – the challenge which has put him out of action since then.
The Northern Ireland international was only bought by Gerrard in the summer, so he has still not had a decent opportunity to show what his first-team is missing. While this weekend probably looks too soon for Jones, a return should be on the cards in the next few weeks – something the Gers fans seem very happy with.

Jones and Kent, serious pace, could cause carnage.
