Rangers winger Glenn Middleton reportedly has interest from two other Scottish Premiership clubs, as well as one from mainland Europe, about a possible loan move.
A report in The Scottish Sun stated that Rangers boss Steven Gerrard is keen for the youngster to get more top flight game-time as he continues his development.
Middleton has already been out on loan once this season, having had a spell with Hibernian, but that was abruptly brought to a halt towards the end of December (as per BBC).
He wasn’t given much of an opportunity to impress at Easter Road, making just eight appearances in all competitions and none since the end of October, having not even made a matchday squad since Jack Ross replaced Paul Heckingbottom in November.
After two months of inactivity on loan at Hibernian, it’s difficult to envisage him getting much of an opportunity now that he is back at parent club Rangers, especially with fellow left winger Jordan Jones returning to matchday contention on Boxing Day after nearly four months out injured (as per TransferMarkt).

Middleton enjoyed a fine first season at Rangers in 2018/19 when he scored five goals and set up another five in 28 appearances, although his abortive loan spell at Hibernian suggests that his progress has stalled over the last few months.
With Kent in impressive form on the left flank and Jones returning from injury, Middleton’s opportunities at Ibrox would appear to be limited at this moment in time, so another loan spell seems to be the best option for him now.
Having shown what he can do for Rangers with his record last season, and with three clubs reportedly in for his signature, there are signs that the 20-year-old could blossom into a valuable member of the Light Blues’ squad.
For that to happen, though, he would probably first need a more settled loan move where he can gain consistent first team minutes and potentially rediscover his 2018/19 form.
