Charlie Adam

Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam appeared to split opinion during his six-year spell at Rangers between 2003 and 2009, but there’s little doubting what a fine player he has become since leaving Ibrox.

The 32-year-old has enjoyed Premier League spells at Blackpool, Liverpool, and now Stoke, but with his contract set to expire in the summer, his future remains hugely uncertain.

Yet the man himself has recently admitted that he’d be interested in a return to Rangers in the summer, in a move the Gers must seek to make as there’s little doubt that they’d benefit from his midfield quality, as well as his vast amount of experience.
