Rangers: Skipper James Tavernier claims Hampden souvenir after semi-final success

James Tavernier left Hampden Park with a souvenir following Rangers 3-0 victory over Hearts at the weekend.
Rangers TV footage revealed the Ibrox club’s skipper boarding the team bus with what can only be described as contraband goods.

Tavernier obviously saw the locker decoration as a nice momento of the day he lead Rangers into his first cup final as captain and he will be hoping to be the first to lift silverware since 2011. At times, he has struggled for form this season but still boasts an impressive 10 assists.
The right-back has recently endured his most difficult spell since he joined the club after a series of high profile blunders and three penalty misses but solid defensive displays and an assist in each of his last two performances show he has turned the corner and is well on the way back to form.
Rangers fans took to Twitter after the footage emerged of Tavernier on Rangers TV with some hoping he’s taking something more valuable back to Ibrox on their next trip to the national stadium.
Better come away with something better next time your there 🙄🤣🤣

To be honest, that cardboard cut out is still the second best option for cover at right back!
