Rangers fans here in the Tavern are less than impressed with how their side finished the current campaign, after failing to produce consistent performances in the Scottish Premiership.
Of course, supporters will be delighted that their side has secured European football for next season, but there’s still room for improvement in the Scottish Premiership as they failed to challenge Celtic. Indeed, this could seriously harm the Gers’ chances next season, as a number of key first-team players may decide to head for the exits after a stressful campaign.
Sadly, defender David Bates has decided to leave the club in a shock move to Hamburg, after establishing himself as one of the club’s brightest prospects in the current campaign. So, with other clubs possibly attempting to lure some of Rangers’ biggest talents away from Ibrox in the summer transfer window, they may head into next season looking worse for wear.
