Rangers supporters have been very despondent in the Transfer Tavern in the last few days after seeing their side lose the Old Firm derby 3-2 at Ibrox on Sunday to slip nine points adrift of Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic.
Graeme Murty’s men went into their clash with the Bhoys off the back of winning their previous four league games, a run of form which gave the Light Blues hope that they could well challenge Brendan Rodgers’ side for the title in the final few months of the season. As such, reports suggest that Chivas are eyeing up a possible move for the Mexico international in the close season, which could be yet another excellent piece of business from director of football Mark Allen.
The Gers made many shrewd signings during the January window and may let some players leave in the summer in a bid to trim the squad and keep competition healthy, and as such here are TWO other Rangers flops that could follow Herrera out of the club at the end of the season…
