Transfer nightmare could soon be over with big changes hinted at in Rangers report

The Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern are incredibly nervous ahead of tonight’s trip to Easter Road, considering their recent record in big games against their rivals. Indeed, despite their recent double win over Aberdeen, the punters propping up our bar don’t back their boys on the biggest stage.

With that in mind, our local Light Blues are trying to take their minds off of things. So, reports from the Daily Mail suggesting the club could soon be getting rid of Pedro Caixinha’s flops have proven rather interesting.

They claim the trio of Bruno Alves, Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera could all soon depart Ibrox after a mixed time of things since moving to Scotland over the course of the summer. While there have been some flashes of brilliance from the trio, none of them have particularly set the world alight.

As you can imagine, after such expenditure, the punters propping up our bar would like to see the trio given more time, though could understand if they left in the New Year sales.

Landlord’s Verdict:

Reminders of the awful of Caixinha era, it’ll be hard for any of the aforementioned trio to shake such a tag. If Rangers are going to catch Celtic at some point, they need signings better suited to the league and selling them could be a good source in raising funds.
