The Rangers fans in the Transfer Tavern are ready to fight their cause today after a fairly controversial red card over the course of the weekend.
Though time usually cools these things down, the punters propping up our bar have been fuming about the sending off of Ryan Jack during their clash with bitter rivals Aberdeen on Sunday. Indeed, though our local Light Blues have had some time to calm down, a tweet from the Scottish Sun only had tempers boiling once again.
They referenced Jack’s tackle on Dons star Stevie May when linking to one of their articles, provoking an angry response from Gers online. They don’t believe the Scotland international did tackle May badly, merely contesting a 50-50 ball, of battle they believe he won.

So, considering Jack’s previous with Aberdeen and the rivalry between the two clubs, any suggestion Jack was in the wrong was always likely to spark reaction online. So, having said that, here’s a look at it.
