Indeed, after a busy January window thus far, our local Light Blues are feeling confident about tonight’s game.
Having smashed the Dons twice already this season, the punters propping up our bar are in a good mood ahead of the clash this evening. Still, reports from the Daily Record have barely gone down all too well amongst our resident Gers, despite the feeling of confidence filling our four walls.
According to their report, Ryan Jack could miss the rest of the campaign after suffering a knee injury during last month’s win over Motherwell. The Scotland international, who controversially moved from Pittodrie over the course of the summer, is understood to be heading for surgery and it’s reportedly thought that he will struggle to get back to full fitness before the end of the season.
A blow for the Rangers fans propping up our bar, who’ve had to deal with their fair share of injuries this season.
It’s a huge blow for Jack, who has struggled to get a run of games together since making the move to Ibrox. Disciplinary problems have seen him in and out of the side, so missing the battle to finish second is beyond frustrating.
