One Rangers man has taken to Instagram to provide fans with a positive update regarding his recent injury.
Ryan Hardie, who is on loan at Livingston this season following a successful campaign with them last year, has posted a couple of pictures of him back in training.

Still on a temporary deal with their Scottish Premiership counterparts, the forward has been back at the Light Blues working hard to get back to full fitness.
The 21-year-old has had a difficult couple of months, however, it appears that he is back on the mend and could be edging nearer to a return.
In an injury-hit campaign last year, he hit eight goals for Livingston in 16 Scottish Championship matches, which led to him rejoining the club once again.
However, he has been able to make just one appearance so far this year and will want to make an impact during the second half of the season.
It’s been a difficult time for Hardie, however, his update on Instagram appears to be a positive one and it should not be too long before he is back in action.
The 21-year-old would have wanted to impress Steven Gerrard with his performances from an early stage to show what he can offer the Ibrox outfit, but he will now need to do it in the second half of the campaign.
Should he be as successful as he was last season, both Livingston and Rangers will be excited to see him back out regularly on the pitch.
