Rangers fans here in the Tavern will be hoping that Steven Gerrard can bring success to Ibrox, as the Gers have looked less than convincing in the current campaign.
Interestingly, the Bluenoses decided to appoint Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard as their new manager, as things are beginning to look up for Rangers. And, it appears as if one of their January loan signings is already thinking about his future, as according to a statement from Jason Cummings via Rangers’ official Twitter account, he wants to stay and be at Ibrox.
Jason Cummings has struggled to break into the starting lineup at times with Alfredo Morelos constantly leading the line, but the 22-year-old has been impressive when given the chance as he has racked up six goals thus far.
And, much to the delight of many of our local residents, Jason Cummings has stated that he wants to stay.
“Personally I want to stay and I want to be here.”
Rangers supporters will be delighted that Jason Cummings wants to pledge his future to the club as he has been prolific at times in the current campaign. Although, Steven Gerrard may have other ideas in the summer transfer window, so fans will have to sit tight and wait.
