Steven Gerrard appears to have got the best out of his players this season as Rangers sit top of the Scottish Premiership.
Their domestic form under the Liverpool legend has not been the only impressive thing to have come under his guidance, with the Light Blues’ efforts in the Europa League standing out.
A number of players appear to have excelled under his management as well, with the likes of Alfredo Morelos reaffirming his place with the Ibrox faithful as a superstar.
The Colombia international will likely be one player to have a number of admirers in the January transfer window, however, Gerrard has issued a strong statement about any possible player leaving the club this winter.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of their game against Aberdeen, via the club’s official Twitter account, he stated that if anyone was interested, they would then need to pay “top top money”.
SG: For any club looking over our fence, if you want our players you have to come with top top money.

“For any club looking over our fence, if you want our players you have to come with top top money,” he said.
Morelos is an obvious transfer target for a number of clubs this winter due to his exploits and will certainly be one Rangers will want to keep.
However, he is not the only one that has been impressing with his performances for the Light Blues as they have climbed their way to the top of the table.
Despite Gerrard being extremely active in the summer when he joined the club, it would seem that he does not have too many plans to offload players in January.
