After struggling for game time at Southampton, it was rumoured recently that Rangers are looking to bring Steven Davis back to Ibrox, and we discussed what that meant for the club.
On one hand, he may be the experienced figure that Steven Gerrard is looking for in his team. On the other hand, this may be an attempt for the club to cling on to their glory days, which could potentially send out a very damaging message to their rivals.

While it is not an overwhelming majority, there is certainly more Rangers fans that think Davis will benefit the club. In which case, this could well be a move that happens in January, as, at 33 years of age, Southampton will no be able to demand a lot for the midfielder.
