When discussing Celtic, Scott Brown will be a name that is likely to pop up into the conversation.
The skipper has played a vital role for the Bhoys over the past decade as he has helped them to dominate Scottish football for the most part.
The 33-year-old has won a number of domestic trophies during his time at Celtic Park and will most likely go down in history as one of their greatest ever.
However, could he be about to be on borrowed time at the club – and as the saying goes – all good things come to an end.
Brown’s future at Celtic has been thrown into doubt over the past few weeks and months as his current deal with the champions expires in the summer.
He has found this season a little difficult to get into any rhythm, with injuries having played a big role in that.
He missed some significant game time for the Bhoys and saw other players come into the team and impress, leaving it a little difficult for him to get back into the team.
Brown’s performances for Celtic this season have also been far from his best at times, with his display against Old Firm rivals Rangers standing out for the wrong reasons.
Although a legend at Celtic Park, it remains to be seen on whether he will remain in Glasgow – although his performances will have to improve if he is to get the deal he wants – or decide to call it a day and head elsewhere.
And, with the likes of Yaya Toure being touted as a possible addition, Brown could find himself on borrowed time.
