Celtic: Fans react as Claudio Bravo is linked to the club
A lot of Celtic fans are not happy with the latest transfer news suggesting that the Hoops will pursue a deal for Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo if they cannot bring back Fraser Forster.
According to The Times.cl, the Chilean will be available for around £1.2 million, whilst the Hoops are also interested in Joe Hart and Ben Foster.

The Celts fan base are not happy with the transfer rumour, and it is understandable to see why, as the City goalkeeper is now 37 years-old and seen as cover at the Premier League side. In England’s top flight, he has only played four times this campaign, conceding seven goals, per Transfermarkt.
It does seem like a weird deal to pursue, with one fan highlighting how ‘he’s a glorified Scott Bain’, who has been the substitute goalkeeper at Celtic this season. This is proven by his lack of appearances this year.
The former Champions League winner with FC Barcelona has also been prone to make errors in the past and this is another reason as to why fans do not want him at the club.
To be linked to permanently signing Forster, who has kept 14 clean sheets in 28 SPFL appearances, per Transfermarkt, and then to Bravo who is a bench warmer and past his best, it is easy to see why fans feel the Chilean would be a downgrade if they were sign him.
