Celtic: Fans reminisce over Scott Sinclair’s debut

A lot of Celtic fans are raving over highlights posted on Twitter of former player Scott Sinclair when he made his debut for the club.
The winger quickly became a fan favourite after signing from Aston Villa for £3.69 million, picking up 21 goals and 10 assists in his debut season in 35 appearances, per Transfermarkt.
He went on to play 167 times for the Hoops, scoring 62 goals and picking up 34 assists, whilst also winning three league titles and six domestic cups, as well as being named Player of the Year in the 2016/17 season.
The Englishman is now back in his home country playing in the Championship for Preston North End, and it was a bizarre end to his career at the Hoops after he struggled to get into the side in his last few months at the club.
Should Sinclair have been sold?

Winning goal. Just a great counter attacking goal – Griff with his wee slow down then turning on the after burners to get that wee yard of space to stick the ball across for Sincy to net – sublime 💚💚💚

The other great thing about Sinky netting the winner was that we knew the SFA office was open on the Saturday to register him, whereas Hearts didn’t and this left Levein raging.
