Some Rangers fans would like to see striker Artem Dzyuba sign for the club at the end of the season.

It comes after they watched the 31-year-old score twice for Russia in their 4-0 victory against Scotland at the Luzhniki Stadium on Thursday.

Dzyuba was fantastic on the night, proving himself a real handful with his powerful play and coolness in front of goal, and a selection of Gers fans wouldn't mind seeing him at Ibrox.

He currently plays for Zenit St Petersburg in his native Russia, and he has been playing very well for his club with six goals and eight assists to his name already in all competitions this season (as per Transfermarkt).

However, his contract is set to expire at the end of the season, which led to a Rangers fan account on Twitter suggesting that the Scottish giants should try and lure him to Glasgow on a free transfer in the summer.

In response, some other Gers fans agreed with the suggestion. They enjoyed the way he played against Scotland, bullying their backline in the fashion of an 'old-school' target man.

Here is what some Rangers fans said in response to the suggestion they should try to sign Dzyuba...
