# Sheffield United: Fans drooling over George Baldock skill against Burnley

**Sheffield United’s fine start to the 2019/20 Premier League season continued on Saturday as they comfortably beat Burnley 3-0 at Bramall Lane ([BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50191001)).**

It was an outstanding performance from Chris Wilder’s side, with a brace from John Lundstram and a goal from John Fleck sealing three points for the Blades.

Several players were at their best for the South Yorkshire side on the day, including their marauding right wing-back George Baldock.

Defensively, the former MK Dons man was absolutely sound, making two clearances, two successful tackles and one interception in the 90 minutes (via [WhoScored](https://1xbet.whoscored.com/Matches/1375989/LiveStatistics/England-Premier-League-2019-2020-Sheffield-United-Burnley)).

As well as his defensive work, he also put plenty of his efforts into helping the Blades attack too. Indeed, he produced seven crosses in the match whilst also completing three successful dribbles ([WhoScored](https://1xbet.whoscored.com/Matches/1375989/LiveStatistics/England-Premier-League-2019-2020-Sheffield-United-Burnley)).

He also produced a sublime piece of skill to completely fool one of the Burnley defenders. After working his way into the box, it looked as though Baldock was going to cross the ball, but instead he produced a Cruyff turn which left the defender for dead (via [@SheffieldUnited](https://twitter.com/SheffieldUnited/status/1191337134126510080)).

These Blades fans were absolutely loving the defender’s piece of skill after seeing a clip of it on Twitter -here is how some reacted to it:
