Yorkshire Live journalist Dom Howson has been discussing Sheffield Wednesday and what he thinks they should do in the summer transfer window, and many Owls fans are now joining in on the discussion.

Eleven players have now left the club as the Championship season has come to an end, as contracts were not extended and on-loan players returned to their parent clubs.

This highlights the need for the club to sign players, especially when their top scorer still at the club is 30 year-old Jordan Rhodes, who only managed three goals in 16 appearances last season, per WhoScored.

Their top three scorers from the 2019/20 campaign - Steven Fletcher, Atdhe Nuhiu and Jacob Murphy - accounted for 28 of the 56 goals the Owls scored in the Championship this term. Both Fletcher and Nuhiu are out of contract whilst Jacob Murphy has returned to Newcastle.

This will be very worrying for the club and many supporters clearly feel that there is a massive rebuild needed if Garry Monk wants to help the club finish higher than the 16th place in which they ended the 2019/20 season.

Here is what these Owls fans have said following the tweet from Howson:
