Southampton fans are loving the links to Tino Livramento as they close in on the signature of the 18-year-old.

Ralph Hasenhuttl is getting his Saints ready for the new campaign - they will kick their season off against Everton on Saturday August 14th. Last term, they finished 15th in the Premier League, something which they will be hoping to heavily improve upon.

In terms of signings, the St. Mary's Stadium outfit have so far brought in just two new arrivals in Romain Perraud (southamptonfc.com) and Danyl Simeu (chelseafc.com).

According to The Guardian, though, the next man to come in through the door will be Livramento in a £5m deal.

The midfielder has 15 assists to his name for Chelsea at youth level (Transfermarkt) and was also named as their academy's Player of the Season.

The news of the initial links was shared on Twitter by @SaintsExtra, and since then the youngster has even posted a goodbye message to Chelsea fans, so it seems this deal is only a matter of time.

Fans took to the social media platform to share their thoughts.
