Deals for both Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic, who both arrived at Hotspur Way as free agents, preceded Bissouma and it’s reliably believed the Lilywhites are [certainly not done there.](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1537572993441968129)
