Sunderland: Fans slam Callum McFadzean - Sunderland News

Sunderland fans were far from happy with the display of Callum McFadzean against Gillingham as the Black Cats drew 2-2.

In a rollercoaster of a match, Sunderland twice went ahead through Aiden McGeady and Grant Leadbitter, and it looked like they were on course to pick up all three points. Unfortunately for Lee Johnson’s men, Jordan Graham was on hand in the 90th minute to earn the Gills a point.

McFadzean was far from at his best. He did provide an assist for McGeady’s strike, but he was arguably at fault for both of the visitors’ strikes. As Sunderland seek promotion to the Championship, they cannot afford to carry players through games.
