**Sunderland have [confirmed](https://twitter.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1452923203660169217) that 2,700 fans will be making the trip to West London this evening ahead of the club’s Carabao Cup tie with Queens Park Rangers.**

And, as to be expected, a number of Black Cats supporters have been reacting to the [official Twitter post](https://twitter.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1452923203660169217).

Sunderland, the only side outside of the top two divisions left in the competition, will be looking to reach the quarter-finals by upsetting Championship opposition.

The club [confirmed](https://twitter.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1452939309502377995) that the last-16 clash won’t be broadcast in the UK or overseas, but [2,700](https://twitter.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1452923203660169217) fans will be making the trek from Wearside to the capital.

### Sunderland fans react

The club wished fans travelling down to London a safe journey on Tuesday morning.
