From The Tudor public house in Manchester eyewitness Neilp81 emailed The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column to say:

> ***“I was there in that pub and spoke to him myself, really nice guy.***

Mario apparently also stuck a a thousand pounds behind the bar before presumably heading off to his singed apartment to plot another insane day out in Mario Land.
