Unai Emery has made a huge impact at the club and as it stands, Arsenal have been superb since the departure of Arsene Wenger over the summer.
Impressively for the Gunners, Emery has improved the players in the squad while also changing Arsenal’s style of play from a possession-based and at times, fragile defence to a team that plays at a much higher tempo.
There is still a lot of work to be done at the side to turn the club into a potential title contender and with January coming up, the Gunners have to strengthen the squad. Arsenal need a new defender, midfielder and winger. According to Football Italia, Roma have reportedly rejected a £28.7 bid for AS Roma for Cengiz Under.
Without having his best season for the club, Under has still established himself as one of the best young talents in Europe at the moment. Last year he had his break out year for the club as he scored seven goals in 26 games in Serie A and helped Roma into Champions League football.
Primarily a right winger, Under is quick, direct and excels at taking on the fullback. Moreover, not only can he score goals but he can also create them, which is incredibly rare in football nowadays.
It will take a huge bid to tear him away from Roma but if Arsenal do they will be signing a player who could become one of the best players in the world and would fill a void at Arsenal.
