It's been a superb start to the season for Chelsea, who under Maurizio Sarri have begun the season unbeaten and most recently came back from 1-0 to beat Liverpool in the EFL Cup this week.

Under the Italian, Chelsea have surprised many with their new attacking style of football, a far cry from the solid defensive shape that Antonio Conte deployed during his tenure in west London.

Sarri loves to have a team of mobile and dynamic players and with that in mind, Cesc Fabregas' career at Chelsea could well be about to come to an end. According to Mundo Deportivo via Sports Mole, Fabregas has become a target for AC Milan who could make a move for the midfielder in January.

The former Arsenal man doesn't have much left in the tank and if he is to leave the club, Chelsea should bring in Napoli midfielder, Piotr Zielinski.

The Breakdown

The 31-year-old is no longer regarded as a first choice player for Sarri and has so far only made two appearances this season - disregarding his Community Shield start.

While a January move for Zielinski may seem fairly unlikely, the Poland international has the potential to be a world class midfielder.

Well known by Sarri, with the Italian even likening him to Man City's Kevin De Bruyne, Zielinski is quickly emerging as one of the best talents in Europe and looks destined to make a big money move.

Valued at just £28.8 million, bringing Zielinski to London would give the Blues one of the best midfields not just the Premier League but also Europe.
