Leeds United are currently on a run of four wins in four games and remain just one point off Norwich in first.

Marcelo Bielsa has turned the side into one of the best sides in the league and have so far scored the fourth most goals in the league, while also having the second best defence after conceding just 18 goals.

Even more impressively for Leeds is the fact that Bielsa has had to deal with so many injuries and has been forced to rely on youth academy players throughout the season. Next month, the club must reinvest in the squad as they need reinforcements in defence, in goal and in attack. They could also lose players in January and according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Getafe are considering a move for Leeds playmaker, Samu Saiz.

The Breakdown

According to the report, Saiz informed the club that he was keen to return to Spain after 18 months at the club.

After a strong start to this season, the Spaniard's form has dropped massively and in 19 games, the midfielder has only registered four assists, which for a player of his quality, is very low.

He had started the season as one of Bielsa's best players but recently, he's struggled to match that impact. Although he may be going through a poor patch of form, he still remains a crucial player to the Leeds side and to lose him halfway through the season would be a big blow.
