Leeds pulled off an impressive victory against Sheffield United Yesterday in what was a game between two potential title winners.

The win means that Leeds have now won three games in a row following their terrible loss to West Brom last month. They now sit one point off the top behind Norwich City despite the current injury crisis at the club.

Bielsa has had to call on the academy a lot over the course of this season as Leeds have lost Kemar Roofe, Pablo Hernandez, Gaetano Berardi, - who remains injured - Luke Ayling and Barry Douglas at some point in the season.

While it looked as though the club was just coming out of the worst phase of the injury crisis, it seems that Bielsa is going to have lean on Thorp Arch once again as Liam Cooper came off with an injury yesterday and was replaced by youngster, Aapo Halme.

Unfortunately for Leeds fans, Bielsa confirmed that Cooper's injury is serious.

The Breakdown

Cooper came off in the first-half with a suspected knee injury and considering that Berardi is still out, Bielsa will have to rely on Aapo Halme in the middle of defence or shift Kalvin Phillips back to partner Pontus Jansson.

Cooper has been outstanding for Leeds this season and has been an essential part as to why United have the second best defensive record in the league.

Although Phillips was outstanding at the back against Reading, losing a player of the stature of Cooper is a massive blow.
