West Ham are coming off a four-game winning streak and look like they could well be a legitimate top eight side. 

Over the summer, the club broke its transfer record twice over the summer on Issa Diop and then Felipe Anderson and so far this season, both players have been superb.

Even more impressively, academy youngster, Declan Rice has begun to establish himself as one of the better players in the side and a crucial part in Pellegrini's side. He offers a reliable defensive presence in Pellegrini's midfielder and at just 19, he looks like he could be a star in the future.

One other youngster who is beginning to show signs that he could be a star for the club going forward is on loan attacking midfielder, Marcus Browne who has been superb for Oxford United this season. According to The Sun, West Ham are considering bringing the midfielder back from his loan spell in order to send him to the Championship and get him used to a higher level of football.

The Breakdown

The attacker has had a hand in eight goals for Oxford United in the league this season. The talented midfielder is starting to show signs that he could well feature for the Hammers next season if he continues to perform well.

If he moves to the Championship and replicates his current form it could be huge in his development and it may even begin to sow the seeds of his eventual promotion to the first-team.
