# The €16 Million Man

![](https://z.about.com/d/paranormal/1/0/1/B/loch_ness_2_lg.jpg)This rumour has resurfaced more times than the Loch Ness monster.

Radamel Falcao Garcia *is not* The Hulk. But he is being linked yet again with a move to Spurs or Villa.

What isn’t in doubt are two things. The player’s desire to make a Premiership move and the quality he could bring.

***‘All his life he has wanted to play in English football.’*** said Radamel Falcao Garcia’s father.

***‘He speaks some English. He’s been learning it for five or six years.’***
